Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange is processed.
